Happy and Healthy

A few issues with anxiety and health started in July 2021

Here are some life changes I made that have been helping to improve things:

Spending more time with family, exercise, meditation and naturopathy.
Get outside and get some sun!

I started with 30 minutes of exercise, like walking and try to jog a bit.

In the morning I go out for 5 to 10 minutes.

At lunch outside for 30 minutes.

In the evening I go out for 5 to 10 minutes.

Later in the evening I do 15 to 20 minutes of Tai Chi or Falun Gong.
I think of it as a healthy way to stretch and is helping me feel better.

Practice breathing 4, 4, 4, 4 box breathing and 4, 7 , 8 are my preferred methods.

I would think about how much I normally would eat try to eat like 1/4 less.
Until you feel like you have released enough weight or its too hard to keep eating that way.

No sugar or desserts, low carbs. This can be hard! I recommend finding sugar alternatives and ways to enjoy food. Examples: honey, coconut sugar, pure maple syrup, fruits, etc…

Helps to eat slowly, I feel more full and keeps me from eating as much.

I ended up changing how I eat, which is most like the Paleo diet:
I eat veggies for snacks or nuts seeds, fruit. Eat more meat like seafood and healthy meats including organ meats.

Avocados, walnuts, pecans are really good and things that have healthy fats.

From what I have seen insulin spikes and sugary food causes the body the most inflammation. Inflammation causes damage making it hard to loose weight, causing the body to store fat.

A few specific things I take supplement wise:

Extra vitamin C and D
Magnesium
Daily vitamins from Melaleuca
Peak Performance Total Health
Luminex by Melaleuca
Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp in water for breakfast and lunch
Fresh Lemon water
Ashwagandha ginger chews

Maybe this will help others… It has been helping me.
